Domstens Hamns Badplats

Beach at the marina of Domsten

The bathing place Domstens Hamn Badplats is an about 500 meters long and 30 meters wide sandy beach at the harbor entrance of the fishing village Domsten, about 12 kilometers northwest of Helsingborg.

The beach begins at the entrance of the harbor of Domsten used by leisure boats and some fishing boats. At the northern end of Domstens Hamns Badplats is a 100 meters long section, which is approved for dogs.

The beach is cleaned daily, but northern winds can wash up even larger quantities of seaweed. On the beach is a 30 meter long bathing bridge as well as a playground, barbecue area, WC and kiosk. Rescue buoys, a lifeboat and a first-aid kit with a defibrillator are also available.
