The bathing place Törestorps Badplats is beautifully situated on a small headland in lake Törn in the immediate vicinity of Vissefjärda in the south of Emmaboda Kommun.
Located on the south side of the lake Törn, the largest lake in the municipality of Emmaboda, Törestorps Badplats offers a beautiful view of the lake with its small wooded islets and the densely wooded, irregular shoreline. The bathing area consists of a small piece of sandy beach with a shallow shore area and a sunbathing lawn with single standing trees.
Törestorps Badplats is located directly at the small camping site Törestorps Camping and has quite a lot of equipment. These include a long bathing bridge, a swimming island, toilet, changing room, fireplace, picnic tables and children's swing. It also has a wheelchair ramp leading into the water and wheelchair-accessible toilets and showers.
