Kämpinge Strandbads Naturreservat

Nature reserve near Höllviken

Kämpinge Strandbads Naturreservat begins with a 100 to 200 meter wide strip of land on the eastern side of the Falsterbokanalen and turns into a mile-long sandy beach on the bay of Kämpinge.

The area is the largest unused area in close proximity to the town of Höllviken. It consists of a pine forest on sandy soil and is a valuable recreational area.

Wind and vegetation have created a particularly sensitive dune belt at the bay of Kämpinge, which ist part of the nature reserve.
