Blankaholms Gästhamn

Marina in Blankaholm

The marina Blankaholms Gästhamn is located in the coastal village Blankaholm at the bay Blankafjärden in the southern archipelago of Tjust, about 33 kilometers south of Västervik.

Due to the tight belt of numerous archipelago islands, the bay and Blankaholms Gästhamn are relatively well protected from strong winds and heavy seas. The marina is not very large and has only a single 150 meters long boat bridge with 50 berths available for guests. The water in the harbor is three to four meters deep.

The service offer is very extensive and ranges from a gas station for gasoline and diesel to electricity, fresh water supply, wastewater disposal, shower, toilets and sauna, washing machines, Wi-Fi and a small repair shipyard.

Grocery, pharmacy, systembolaget and a post office are located in the Lanthandel, only 200 meters away. A restaurant, café and ice cream parlor can also be found in the village and about 500 meters west of the harbor is the small beach Blankaholms Badplats as well as a campsite.

The harbor is quite family friendly – there is a large public barbecue area and a kitchen garden where you can pick herbs and seasonal vegetables yourself. An order service for fresh bread, buns and even breakfast is offered.
