Rosenlundska Huset
Oldest house in Kalmar
Rosenlundska Huset was finished in 1658 and is the oldest stone house in the center of Kalmar on the island of Kvarnholmen. The house was the residence of the bishops of the former bishopric Kalmar. Then it housed a brewery for more than 100 years until 1984, when it was converted into a living accommodation and restaurant.
