Stone chamber grave in Södra Åkarp near Vellinge

The stone chamber grave Klockaredösen stands in the middle of a field near the eastern outskirts of Vellinge. The grave dates back to the early Stone Age and is estimated to be approximately 4,000-5,000 years old.

The grave chamber consists of three large stone blocks that form the side walls and a fourth, larger block that forms the roof. In the roof block some cup-shaped hollows have been chiseled.
